Using Universal Media Server since 11 years

Description

With v15.4, my TV is not found on start of UMS, but only after restart manually server.

Environment

* UMS Version:
* Working: v13.8.0 (x86_64.tgz)
* Affected tested: v14.8, 14.9, 14.10 and 15.4.0 (x86_64.tgz and AppImage)
* OS: Ubuntu ...

On Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.3, the UMS systray icon is at top left, a wrong location. How to fix this please ? In Linux Mint or in UMS, what setting to change ?

OK, I did a script as it was faster.

Script for linux with files browser as nautilus or caja.
Copy paste the code in a text file > save it and name it > add permission to allow execute it > put the script in the script folder of nautilus/caja search for a guide on www.

UMS marks as read after a certain duration. I would like to advance the duration for mark as read. Could you tell me where to find this setting and how to change it please.

For your information, I confirm that ums 9.5.0 works fine on Ubuntu (Gnome) 20.04 out of the box and others flavors. But, Gnome it's the only flavor which don't show the icon's ums in the panel's indicators. We need to install the Gnome extension Topicons Plus: here
