Muchas gracias por el programas... tuve que regresar a la versión 11.6.0 los siguientes funcionaron mas o menos pero desde la versión 14 el sistema web dejo de funcionar en una alexia vieja que tengo..

y luego de la versión 11.6.0 como tengo muchas películas, documentales, series y musica mp3. de vez en cuando el universal media solo muestra puras carpetas MP3 y sin nada adentro como que no puede manejar una gran cantidad de archivos como lo hace la versión 11.6.0 deberían de revisar la base de datos que se corrompe,

y la unica forma de solucionar es borrar todo el UMS y volver a instalar y no dura mucho aveces falla en menos de de un dia de haberlo instalado

and after version 11.6.0 as I have many movies, documentaries, series and music mp3. from time to time the universal media only shows pure MP3 folders and with nothing inside like it can not handle a large number of files as version 11.6.0 does should check the database that gets corrupted,

and the only way to fix is to clear the entire UMS and reinstall and it does not last long it sometimes fails in less than a day if installed

@maracucho Looking over your previous posts you have mentioned issues with this before but never posted your logs so there is no way to help you.

Please make a new post in the help section and post your logs following the instructions from the link in my sig and I will be able to see what is wrong.

I'm guessing there is no suitable renderer conf for that device so is using some default settings that may or may not work.
Once I can see what it is doing I can tweak a conf to make it work better.

Trying a new version then going back to an older one can cause problems as the database will be incompatible so probably will need to be deleted.
Going from an old to new version in theory should upgrade the database but sometimes can cause corruption if the difference between versions is large.
