TV not found on start

Using Universal Media Server since 11 years
Description
With v15.4, my TV is not found on start of UMS, but only after restart manually server.
Environment
* UMS Version:
* Working: v13.8.0 (x86_64.tgz)
* Affected tested: v14.8, 14.9, 14.10 and 15.4.0 (x86_64.tgz and AppImage)
* OS: Ubuntu 24.04 (x86_64)
* IP static and well set in settings
* Network forced
* Port forced
* Client device: TV Sony KDL-43WF665
Issue: TV not detected on startup
My Sony TV is no longer detected automatically when UMS v15 starts.
* The device appears only after manually triggering a server restart via the UMS interface.
* This behavior does not occur in v13, where the TV is detected correctly at startup.
Expected behavior
* The DLNA renderer (Sony TV) should be detected automatically on server startup.
Actual behavior
* The TV is not detected until a manual server restart is performed.
Additional information
* The issue is reproducible with both v15 distributions tested.
* No such issues occur with v13 under the same environment.
