Interframe performance settings

I've been using UMS for quite a while, my FX 6300 can't play back files using interframe on my PS3. It will play the same movies at 1080P using Smooth Video Project.

I'm trying to adjust the settings in the interframe.avsi to lower the quality and see if that is my bottleneck.

Every time I change the file, which I may be doing incorrectly, I can no longer play anything back using FFMPEG/AVISynth or Mencoder/AVISynth.

Where can I change the preset from medium to fast or ultra fast? Apparently I'm doing something wrong.

I've figured out that changing tuning to anything other than "Film" causes it to fail. "Smooth", "Animation" and "Weak" all fail to open the file.

I've got it set to the preset of "Ultra Fast" and I've dropped the framerate down to 48 fps then 35 fps. I'm making progress, but I think I need to change to "Animation".

Another bit, it appears FFMPEG isn't using all six cores correctly.

Smooth Video Project works fine on the same system. Not sure where the difference lies. Still digging.

Any and all info would be appreciated.
