subtitles not working

Hello all!
Trying to enable subtitles but can't get to it.
Configured like exposed in FAQ and from a few topics. Attached is how is configured and the folder contents.
Even with the exactly same filename.srt subtitles are not showed in any language.
What is wrong with that?

No attachments, plus could you provide logs in accordance with the Problem Reporting Guidelines in the red box above
