Some troubles with "Go to", "Go back", "Fast forward"

Hello I've encountered some issues with my Universal Media Server.
The server is running on a Windows 7 Pro x64 .
It does not work when :
* I want to "Go to " x minutes
* I want to go back or fast forward.
* I stop a movie and I want to resume it later where I stopped. To be more specific, voices are offset from the image
