All renderers not working after upgrading to Windows 10 (PS3)

Hi everyone,
This issue is really bugging me. I've spent like 6 hours searching around trying to fix it, but no luck.
So streaming was working fine on Windows 7 x64, just upgraded to W10, and since then I've been facing this problem. When I choose any encoder from the transcoding list on the PS3, it gives me a "This content cannot be played" error. Sometimes choosing "No Encoding" works but sometimes it does not work.
The problem is not my firewall. I have Bitdefender 2015 installed, and I've tried disabling my firewall completely (with Windows Firewall also disabled) and it wasn't fixed.
I have also went into network settings and did all those media streaming and network sharing options. Still didn't fix anything. Also reinstalled Java and reinstalled UMS.
I've tried accessing a .avi file with FFMpeg, followed by MEncoder, followed by TSMuxer to reproduce the problem. The debug logs depict that scenario, in that order.
