Random cut of subtitles

I don't know, if it is because of my TV (Sams 40c6000) or it is UMS
Often part of subtitle is being cut, and rest of the line or second line is not
i am using srt subtitles
For example part of subtitle:
454
00:19:39,930 --> 00:19:41,431
Nie wiem.
Musi mie? jaki? system.
And there is displayed only Ni
It is repeatable, and happends in random (?) moments
