Help with Playback on ps3

Hi
Since I updated my universal media server to the latest version (2.6.2) I have encountered some strange problems.
1. I can not play the files directly, without the need to play them via transcode, why is it so?
2nd I can play the files dirket if they are compressed in rar example, but I expand them an example MKV file so it can not, then I choose to play through the transcode.
