Re: Low audio volume
There are only mp4, mkv, and rarely avi and mov. The movies are low gain audio. I see that also if I stream them with VLC from file. The difference is, with VLC I can go up to 200%, with UMS I need to use the "Media Server" from LG WebOS and there I can only use the volume from the TV up to 100%. I ...

Re: Low audio volume
that doesn't change the gain and the volume at the LG TV remains the same because I can only go to 100% at the TV. Somehow I need to manipulate the gain of the source audio.

Low audio volume
Hello people,
when I stream to my LG TV "Media Player" the most of the audio tracks are very low in volume. Especially the non-English tracks. Is there a way to tell UMS to send audio with increased gain?

Re: Album Art
For me with a LG WebOS22 nothing works. Resetting the TV cache with unplug it and press the start button at the TV it self. Disconnect it from LAN also didn't do the trick. Thumbnails on other devices (iOS VLC) works great but my TV doesn't want to show them anymore. It was working in previous ...

Re: 15.4.0
I have always two entries for my LG TV. The udn is different. This was already there in previous versions. In addition I have no thumbnails in the media player from the LG TV but I have them in the iOS devices. In the previous versions I got thumbnails on the LG TV too.

Re: Listen to 5001 but no client show up
I decided to manually set DNS in each device I use in my LAN and take the WR840N completely out of my LAN. There are only 4 devices so the additional work is quite limited.

Re: Listen to 5001 but no client show up
OK. I switched completely to the Huawei Router. But I remember now why I put the access point in between. I can't change the DNS server. The fields are grayed out. This is a clear statement of my ISP: "I want to spy on you" What would you do? I need to change it in every device that access this ...

Re: Listen to 5001 but no client show up
Thanks boss.
If you say the HG8145V5 is a good router and because you know much more than me, I need to rethink my LAN system. I just think Huawei and my ISP spies on people so I try to make routing and DNS at a different device. I also use a VPN all the time with kill-switch. But maybe I'm totally ...

Re: Listen to 5001 but no client show up
It's the "TP-Link Wireless N Router WR840N" where all clients are connected by WIFI and Ethernet.
At the Huawei HG8145V5 which is the fiber modem and router, DHCP and WIFI is disabled. It has four LAN Ethernet plugs and one grey Tel plug and an USB plug. One of the LAN plugs goes to the WR840N.
