I just have a question.

Yesstrday, I have bought a TCL Smart-TV, which will be delivered home tomorrow. Is UMS working for TVs of this brand ?

But actually, I am packing my things and living in the middle of parcels, packages, etc, because I move from Europe to Thailand in one month. This is why I do not have time to search further. Not bad will from me, just a question of availability.

I have jumped from 9.8.3 to 13.4.0. As I remember I have these lag problems since 3 years (and they got worse since), I will stay on this version, which works perfectly and without hassles for me.

Same problem than septemgurls here.

Streaming from my Win10 PC to my good old PS3, and since probably more than 1 or 2 years, I see lag between sound and video (especially on mkv files, I think).

By curiosity, I reversed back to the oldest UMS version I have kept stored on my PC (9.8.3), and ...

Is UMS able to play Windows Media Player playlists (.wpl files) ?

On my side, I have tried again... and abandoned. Nothing changed, even after a complete night of scanning (I must confess that my media files are stored 6 HD of 5 To each, which is quite big...).

Gettingback to the last 13.10.1 is fine for me, as it perfectly does the job.

It is years I use UMS, and am quite satisfied with it. I use it to stream movies and series from my PC to my PS3, and it works perfectly.

All is stored on various extarnal harddrives.

I have DVDs with DTS. And ma PS3 reads them when selected. But I did what you told me, and now... it works !!! Thanks.
