Too fast or too slow

Post by RamboUnchained »

Hi, I am currently trying to setup UMS to stream HFR videos over wired to a WD TV Live Media Player and a wireless XB360 on a 5ghz network. When I play x264 vids, the playback is smooth as butter, but the audio is like a chipmonks CD. When I play anything that isnt x264, the video just plays normally. The renderer doesnt matter. The playback is never choppy, but its just not what I want to be. My debug file is attached. Any help would be awesome.

Also, I just learned about real time conversions today. Watching 60fps vids on my PC is awesome and I want the same viewing experience for the "dumb" TVs that I have in use here. If I can get this to work, it's going to save me a lot of money.

Nothing?

I was tinkering more today. Uninstalled and reinstalled FFDShow, Haali media splitter, and SVP. Also, did a clean install of UMS. Avisynth/ FFMPEG gets a runtime error and Avisynth/ MEncoder plays the video for about 10 seconds before getting choppy and unwatchable.

FX 8350 (8 cores at 4GHz)
R9 270X
8GB DDR3 1600

All default settings. I dont know what to change.
