Can only see Web folder in UMS

I'm a first time user of UMS. I've been using PS3 Media Server for years but figured I try this out since I've got so many devices to which I'd like to render.

I did a default installation of UMS (version 2.4.2) (after uninstalling PS3 Media Server) and added my shared folders. Unfortunately, my Xbox 360, PS3, LG Blu ray player and iOS devices only detect the Web folder in UMS. What do I need to do? Logs attached.

I also just noticed that the "Scan all shared folders" button is greyed out.

In the log there is no action seen, no render trying to fetch anything. You are distributing a bunch of folders so they should show up.

Pls do a new round with some action in it.

What kind of action? I can't really do anything since nothing is found for me to render.
